ESCAPE!!

Yesterday I saw an English movie named Passengers (2016). The movie was based upon a spacecraft traveling to a distant colony planet and transporting thousands of people. It faces a malfunction in its sleep chambers. Due to which the male protagonist  wakes up from his slumber.
He is shocked to realize that he has woken up from the hibernation 90 years before and is the only living human being on that entire spacecraft.
He somehow survives for an year but later, he starts hating being alone and so he wakes up a female passenger and thus, story goes on as the plot.

My aim was not to narrate the movie's story.
But by this movie, it dawned on me that
 how weird we human beings are.
 We hate this world but we still need it.
No matter how much we wish for it, we cannot survive in complete isolation(though temporary isolation is needed once in a while).
We may not need everyone but we surely need someone.
It is so common for us to keep ranting that this world, these people, each and everything here is just too much, we need an escape, we want to run away.
But still we appreciate it when people confide in us, when we confide in them.
When we can relate to their pain, their life, their experiences and they can relate to ours.
We wish to be unique yet we search for souls like us.
We want to be a mystery yet we want someone to unfold it.
We fear attachments yet we crave for care.
It's strange we fail to realize that we wish to escape all of it only because we already have it.
We don't want it anymore because we don't know that how it feels to not have it.
It is high time for us to understand that we all need each other.
We must cherish each other's companionship.
We are the part of this huge world and this huge world is a part of us.
Let's not hate the place we belong to and
the people we have around us.
Yes, The world is a nasty place but we all can make it a better place for us and for everyone else because escape is not a solution!!
