Don't you think? 
Before this COVID 19 virus entered our lives, we were all living in the material world we created for ourselves. But as we are forced to stay indoors, we all have moved way past our materially luxurious lives. A life that went by the hands of clock has now come to a halt. At once, everything seems futile and a thing of the past. Now that the real world in which we reside in has turned too hard hitting; we all have shifted to our dream worlds again.
The universe which is like a willful escape from our present times. A world of Art and Fiction, where stories are weaved with magic. Haven't we all got back to our favorite movies, shows, music, podcasts or books?We are seeking a break from harsh realities of today. We still want to believe in magic and maybe that's why supernatural, dreamy or science fictional stories are capturing our hearts with much more intensity now.

Recently, J.K Rowling along with her team has started Harry Potter from Home, in which chapters of the Bestseller Harry Potter series are read and published (audios) by various artists and potterheads from across the globe. This initiative has gained much popularity among the people.
It is not just the availability of time but because we, human beings, always have the tendency to cling on to something that keeps us going. We love to add illusion and supernatural elements in our lives by the means of creating, listening, reading or watching various worlds apart from the world we live in. This dream world we create is where we confide in. This world serves our beliefs, perceptions and our criterion of good and the evil.
As per the current trends while some are watching sci-fi series like Upload and The Good place, others have resort to watching another worlds like The Vampire Diaries, Marvel superhero movies, Stranger Things, Dark, Harry Potter series, Disney stories etc. Some people have turned to mythology, legends and epics like Ramayana, Mahabharata and many more. Such patterns indicate that all of us are highly creative beings and so we admire stories we do not understand completely. We like to follow the sense of mystery, suspense and thrill by curating stories for ourselves. Some are half truths, half fiction and it is this magic realism that leaves us craving for more of such content, isn't it?

A LOVE POEM

So this time instead of writing on a theme, I thought of sharing one of the poems written by me. This poem named, I  am Afraid , portrays the fear that grips a person. The fear of losing his various senses, his abilities and his time on Earth. Don't ever live in regret.
